By accessing mushframe.com (the “Site”), creating an account, or purchasing any product or service offered under the Mush Algo brand (the “Products”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclaimer below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Site or purchase any Product.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that using our Products is legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying local laws before purchasing.
Mush Algo sells software and information tools: a TradingView indicator, access to a private community where algorithmically generated trade setups (“signals”) are published, and related software products. All Products are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or financial institution. We do not accept deposits, manage client funds, execute trades on your behalf, or provide personalized investment advice. Nothing on the Site or inside the community constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Any trade you take based on our Products is your own independent decision, made at your own risk.
Purchasing requires an account. You agree to provide accurate information (including a valid email and, for indicator products, a valid TradingView username) and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, attempt to bypass payment, or violate these terms.
All Products are licensed, not sold. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, a license grants one natural person a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Product for the paid period (typically 30 days from activation). One license = one user = one TradingView account (for indicator products) = one community seat (for signals access).
Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, publishing, or redistributing the indicator, its signals, community content, invite links, or any derived data — including forwarding signals to other chats, channels, or copy-trading services — is strictly prohibited and results in immediate license revocation without refund. We may use technical measures (including access binding and invite tracking) to enforce this.
Community access is issued automatically after payment confirmation. TradingView indicator access is granted by sharing the private script to the TradingView username you provide; because TradingView does not allow full automation of this step, sharing may take up to several hours (usually much faster). If access has not appeared within 24 hours, contact support with your order ID.
Payments are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT) via NowPayments, an independent third-party processor. Prices are denominated in USD; the exact crypto amount is calculated at invoice creation and may fluctuate with exchange rates. You must send the exact amount shown on the invoice; blockchain network fees are charged on top by your wallet and are your responsibility. Underpaid invoices may fail or require manual review. Promotional prices, timers, and discounts are limited-time offers and may change or end at any time without notice. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
Due to the digital nature of the Products (instant access to software and information that cannot be “returned”), all sales are final once access has been issued, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we fail to deliver access within a reasonable time after payment and cannot remedy the failure. Refund requests on the basis of trading losses, unmet profit expectations, or change of mind are not accepted.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the indicator or its logic; scrape, record, or systematically archive community content; use the Products to operate a competing service; harass other members; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; use stolen payment instruments; or misrepresent our Products or results in your own marketing.
The Site, the Mush Algo brand, the indicator code, all algorithms, backtest data, documentation, and community content created by us are our exclusive intellectual property. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license described above.
The Products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that signals will be profitable, timely, or error-free, that TradingView, Telegram, Discord, or NowPayments will remain available, or that past performance will repeat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or the Products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of their possibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Products, your trading activity, or your violation of these terms.
We may modify these terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue or modify any Product; if we permanently discontinue a Product you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a pro-rata basis.
These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably via support; failing that, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
This policy describes how mushframe.com (“we”) collects and processes personal data when you use the Site and the Products. For privacy questions contact support via the channels listed on the Site.
Account data: email address, hashed password, language preference.
Order data: products purchased, amounts, order IDs, payment status, and the TradingView username you provide for indicator delivery.
Payment data: processed by NowPayments. We receive payment status, amounts, and transaction identifiers; we never see or store your wallet private keys or card details.
Technical data: IP address (stored as a salted one-way hash for pricing-offer timing and abuse prevention — the raw IP is not retained for this purpose), browser type, and basic request logs.
Communication data: messages you send to support, and — if you join — your Telegram or Discord identifiers required to grant community access.
To create and manage your account; to process payments and deliver Products; to grant and enforce licenses; to prevent fraud, license sharing, and payment abuse; to send transactional emails (order confirmations, access links, expiry reminders) and, with your consent, marketing emails; and to comply with legal obligations. Legal bases (where GDPR applies): performance of contract, legitimate interest, consent, and legal obligation.
We share data only with processors necessary to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel or equivalent hosting, NowPayments (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Telegram/Discord (community access). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Account and order records are kept for as long as your account exists and thereafter as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account; we will delete or anonymize data that we are not legally required to retain.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time (every marketing email contains an unsubscribe option). To exercise these rights, contact support from the email associated with your account.
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication sessions and interface preferences (such as your theme choice). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Site.
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access controls; passwords are hashed; payment webhooks are verified cryptographically. No system is perfectly secure — you use the Site at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

All statistics shown on the Site — including win rates, R-multiples, monthly averages, and the number of backtests — are derived from historical and backtested data. Backtested performance has inherent limitations: it is prepared with the benefit of hindsight, does not represent actual trading, and does not fully account for slippage, spread variation, execution latency, broker differences, or the psychological pressure of live trading. Live results will differ, sometimes materially.
No profit guarantees. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will make money using our Products. Any figures shown (payouts, R-results, testimonials) are individual outcomes and are not typical results, promises, or projections. Anyone who guarantees trading profits is misleading you.
Prop-firm and broker risk. If you use our Products with proprietary-trading-firm challenges or third-party brokers, you are subject to their rules, fees, and counterparty risk. Evaluation fees can be lost. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, any specific broker or prop firm.
Technology risk. Signals and indicator alerts depend on third-party infrastructure (TradingView, Telegram, Discord, hosting, your internet connection). Delays, outages, missed alerts, and software errors are possible. Never rely on any single automated system for decisions you cannot afford to get wrong.
Your responsibility. By purchasing and using any Mush Algo Product you acknowledge that all trading decisions are yours alone, that you accept full responsibility for their results, and that mushframe.com and its operators bear no liability for your trading losses.
