Terms of Use

1. Acceptance. By using mushframe.com and purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Products. mushframe offers algorithmic trading software (Expert Advisors), TradingView indicators, and managed investment services. Each product has its own specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

3. License. Purchased licenses are personal and non-transferable. One license = one user = one device = one trading account. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license files or access credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation.

4. Account binding. Upon first use, the license is bound to a specific trading account and IP address. Using the license on a different account or from a different IP will result in automatic suspension. Contact support for legitimate changes.

5. Payments. All payments are processed in cryptocurrency via NowPayments. Prices are denominated in USD. The actual crypto amount may vary based on exchange rates at the time of payment.

6. Modifications. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

7. Termination. We may terminate or suspend access to our services without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
